El Circuito Cultural del Peloponeso de cuatro días, Delfos y Meteora, comenzará en Atenas y viajará hacia el sur hasta la región de Argólida.
We arrive at the Epidaurus Theater after passing through the Corinth Canal, an artificial structure that connects the Peloponnese with the rest of Greece. Built on a hillside among pine trees, it is believed to be the best preserved and largest of the ancient theatres. Every year, at the Epidaurus Festival, classic Greek tragedy and comedy are reborn.
A short drive leads to Mycenae, with its imposing Lion Gate, Agamemnon's Tomb, and Cyclopean structures, before reaching Ancient Olympia.
The next day, before heading north, we will visit the Ancient Olympia Stadium and the temples of the cradle of the Olympic Games.
We will cross the modern Rio Antirio bridge on the way to Delphi, which the ancient Greeks considered the center of the earth, and where a priestess named Pythoness (Pythia) transmitted prophecies inspired by the god of light and the sun, Apollo.
Al día siguiente, viajaremos a Kalambaka para visitar los Monasterios de Meteora, donde la espiritualidad y la grandeza natural se combinan para brindar a los visitantes una experiencia inolvidable.
We will return to Athens after this journey through time and through some of the most important and beautiful places in Greece.
