Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands, with its famed medieval city, Lindos town with its Acropolis and Butterfly Valley. It is also Europe's largest medieval town. The knights of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem made a larger imprint and erected the walled city that still stands today.

The ancient town of Rhodes is a kaleidoscope of diverse cultures and civilizations as soon as you enter through the Freedom Gate, and getting lost in its labyrinthine lanes is like stepping back in time and discovering twenty-four centuries of history.

Kos is famous as the birthplace of Hippocrates, the founder of medicine. Within Kos city, we can discover several archaeological remnants such as the Ancient Agora, the Portico, or the Aphrodite temple, as well as others that are currently being recovered, such as Roman baths, the Roman residence, and the Odeón, among many more. There are also several Byzantine and Paleochristian churches. There are abundant beaches in Kos, including Mastichari, Camel, and Agios Fokas.

Both islands are within easy reach of the Turkish coast, which makes them ideal for day trips to Turkey.
