This cooking class demonstration will introduce you to the most traditional types of Greek dishes, such as delicious local paste of yellow lentils (“fava”), real traditional cheese & spinach pies (“tiropita”, “spanakipita”), crispy vegetable croquettes with aromatic herbs, savory yellow lentil fritters (“favatokeftedes”), “Methisema Amorgiana” the sweet and salty wine cookies, the authentic Greek yogurt sauce (“tzatziki”) and yummy honey puffs (“loukoumades”).
If you like, you can put your hands on and even give it a shot yourself! Then sit down to savor the fruits of your labor, complemented by a glass of Greek aromatic wine and the great view of the Aegiali bay!
