Ancient Corinth

It was to this megalopolis that the Apostle Paul came, worked, and established a thriving church, later sending two of his epistles, which are now part of the New Testament. We will visit the ruins of the ancient city where Saint Paul worked.
You can see the remains of shops from the first century, the Agora and one of the most outstanding monuments of the pre-Roman period, the Peirene fountain > and the temple of Apollo.
Hereon of Perachora

Vouliagmeni Lake
Before going back to Athens we will have free time to bathe in Lake Vouliagmeni approximately 20 kilometers from the city of Loutraki (not to be confused with Lake Vouliagmenis which is on the outskirts of Athens). According to the archaeological remains found in the area, the first inhabitants were farmers and fishermen who settled in the lake 2000 years BC. C. . Today the lake is a place to relax, sunbathe and bathe in its crystal clear waters. In the afternoon return to Athens.
- During winter you can organize a visit to wineries in the Nemea area with local wine tasting instead of visiting Lake Vouliagmeni.
